Luke 5:27-28...And after these things He went forth, and saw a publican , named Levi,
sitting at the receipt of custom and He said unto him, Follow Me.28; And he left all and followed Him.
What an Amazing act of obedience friends! Right in this passage I saw obedience re defined by Levi, also known as
Matthew. This guy called Levi was what I call "one of the boss on top" he had
every reason not to respond to Jesus , but he did and not just followed Him and
start asking Jesus ,.but what about my career, my salary, who is going to pay me
and how am I going to maintain my status among my friends?
He, just like the others who where fisher men followed Him without
questioning .
Food for Thought
When ever and how God meets you is how He expect you to follow Him , the
rest is up to Him.
Always be aware ,He will not ask you to follow Him if He think you re not
useful to the kingdom.
He saw something in you , hence He called you, but your obedience will help
you discover that which He saw in you.
Nothing placed in God's hands become useless or idle.
Nobody is too small or too big to be used by God.
The only requirement needed to be used by God is OBEDIENCE.....
